Jeff has sixteen years of professional experience in various management positions. He spent the first eight years of his career working in the oil and gas industry in project management. His tasks included developing, implementing and managing operations systems across Canada. He has spent the last eight years managing the day to day operations of a financial services brokerage in Ontario. In addition to assisting clients with insurance purchasing decisions, Jeff creates a custom tailored plan with the most appropriate term, amount and the appropriate carrier for each client. Michelle has fifteen years of experience working in an office environment. She spent the first 12 years of her career in customer service for a national hardware chain as well as the non-profit sector working for the March of Dimes. Her role in front line reception has equipped her to handle all communication and correspondence for Canadian Term Insurance.
